HP Recommended
Product: HP ZBook 17 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Card installed: HP LT4120 LTE/EV-DO/HSPA+ WWAN "N8T16AA

 

I have tested 4 different sim cards from 4 different cellular providers and the card does not pick up the sim. When I enable mobile on my notebook it just states "insert sim". The sim does fit snugly into the socket. I checked the card in device manager and it states that it is functioning correctly. I have removed and re-installed the drivers and later the operating system. 

 

Any assistance here would be appreciated.
