Product: HP ENVY Desktop - 795-0017na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried to resolve this issue.  I cannot update - it doesn't do anything.

 

I have updated everything I can think of.

 

I have run Windows cleanup-image – restore health and sfc scannow and it stated Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.

When I restarted the PC and checked to see if updates will now work – same message and it doesn’t work.

I've checked updates needed on HP and done all these and restarted and still not resolving this issue.

I have looked at updates and can see them - but it states click on update and then click uninstall,  but I don't see uninstall option.

 

I have run out of ideas and from what I have read on line it seems there is an issue so is HP looking into this?
