Product: Hp labtop 15-da0082wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my labtop will not start up in is contantly going into a black page that says preparing for automatic repair then a blue page that says your pc did not start correctly iv already tried going into advanced settings and tried to reset my pc.  It did not work it stated a problem occurred and no changes were made, iv also tried uninstall updates which also failed, and iv tried to used the command prompt and system restore which also failed and said their was a unspecified error (0x81000204) I need help and reading the solutions for this problem on here isn't working for me?
