Can anyone help with this?

I have a well maintained Z book 15, with an i7 chip at 2.7 Ghz.

I also use the docking station that offers Display Port and extra USB ports, and I use this to connect to a secondary monitor to extend the display - a Dell UltraSharp U2515H.

But about 2 months ago, the secondary display stopped working.

I've tested the montitor with another laptop and it works fine, so am pretty sure it's not the monitor itself playing up.

If I connect the HP via the Display Port on the computer or the docking station, it registers nothing.  Have tried all ports and cables.

I'm guessing this is becuase of a Windows update or something, but I'm totally stumped.

What's weird is that when I select an input for the monitor where there is no cable attached, my mouse will "stop" at the border of my main laptop screen.  But when I select the Display Port input on the monitor with a cable attached to the Z book, the mouse will continue to "run" on to the external monitor, but it registers nothing.  The monitor will just say that it is receiving no signal from the computer.

Would love any tips if anyone has anything?

Olly
