Zbook 15 G2
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

As per the title, after upgrading from 1.08 to 1.17a I've discovered that the option to change the Thunderbolt security level from the BIOS setup has disappaerd from my ZBook 15 G2. It usually lives under Advanced->Port Security

According to the HP BIOS simulator for this model it was there previously, so I'm sure I'm not hallucinating.

Thunderbolt devices still work, however they have to be manually authorized using the Thunderbolt software under Windows.

I am wondering if it is possible to restore this option in the BIOS, as I would like to option to disable Thunderbolt security if required as per previous BIOS versions.

Things I have tried:

* Resetting BIOS and BIOS security to defaults

* Using the HP BCU to change Thunderbolt security level - the settings for "Thunderbolt Port" can be read but cannot be set. I get Error Code 1 which I think means 'unsupported'.

BCU reports that the Thunderbolt Port is set to 'PCIe and DisplayPort - require user approval for Thunderbolt legacy devices'
