Product: ZBook 15

Hello, I have just purchased a zbook 15 from an auction and am having this issue: The computer will not turn on, as in not even seeing the logo or a black screen with text. The front power light is blinking white, the ac adapter light is blinking between amber and white, the main power button is blinking white, and the cap locks key is blinking white. I have read on a manual that the frequency of blinking will tell the problem but i can't distinguish the rate of blinking.

 

What I have Tried:

-Discharge the battery by unplugging and holding power for 30 seconds.

-Taken out the battery and tried booting off the power cord alone

-"Discharge" computer by taking battery out, holding power for 30 seconds

- Switch between 4 different chargers all with input of 100-240V and output of 19.5V

-Switch power sockets

 

None of this has worked and it doesn't seem
