Product: zbook g3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Has anyone experienced issues with their zbook g3 fleet and mcafee drive encryption?

we've noticed several of these units get stuck in a reboot error (winodws 10 startup repair).

 

the only way to get this to go away is by decrypting the laptops.

 

this only happens on the zbook g3's.

 

if anyone has experienced this and knows a quicker fix other than decrypting them i would appreciate the info.
