HP Recommended
Product: Hp Elitebook 840 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when I launch any program or game while the charger is plugged in it starts to lag after some 30 seconds or 50 seconds and when I disconect the charger while the application is opened and reconect it  the lag ends 

 

Note: I have tried changing the minimumm and maximum processor rate 

pls help
