Product: HP Elitebook G5 big (with numerical keyboard)

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Insert key is on 0 as part of the numerical keyboard on my laptop. I have Numlock permanently on so that I can use the numerical keyboard for it's purpose. But this means Insert key works as 0 not as Insert. So I would like to assign the "insert functionality" to some other key on my keyboard. For example there is a key with phone symbol which I will not be using because I don't have SIM card in my laptop. Any idea how to map "insert functionality" to this key on the keyboard?
