Product: HP ProBook 450 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
when I try to upgrade my bios (P85) to version 1.35 it shuts down the computer before it start the upgrade.
1) I run the bios upgrade software and choose upgrade and reboot
2) It boots into the upgrade menu where I can choose to proceed the upgrade or cancel (or some other options like recover).
3) When I choose upgrade, it shuts down the computer ... and nothing more.
4) When I switch it on again it boots up as in 2). If I choose cancel it boots normally into windows but without the upgrade.
Whats wrong?
Thanks in advance
