Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an HP 84 60 p laptop a month ago when I was trying to update it's Windows suddenly a blue screen appeared after restarting the laptop I could install the windows completely after installing drivers I updated the bios to the last version from hp website and it was ok after few days I tried to play a game suddenly few vertical blue dots appeared on the screen and laptop turned off after that when I pressed power button laptop turned on but with a black screen I checked RAM on both slots and the CPU on another laptop both of them were ok I tried to use VGA Port and it didn't work as well so I gave it to a technician and he told me the problem is the VGA chipset so I bought a new chipset and he replaced it with the former one but now when I plug the charger it keeps restarting after 3 seconds with full speed fan on black screen and I cannot turn on or turn it off with the power button...
