Pavilion 17-g121wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased a HP Pavilion 17-g121wm and periodically while using it the screen will go black and it does not respond to keyboard, mouse, or power button presses. After about 30 secs to a minute it will respond to power button presses and will return to the state it was in before the screen went black.
Sometimes I was on the Internet, You could be on a word document, typing in information, the screen goes dark and TeamViewer. You keep typing. You just can't see what's there. You just have to go to sleep mode and out of sleep mode.
How do I resolve this issue or should I return it for a new one?
