Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

hi i have a stream notebook i bought it 5 years ago and havent touched it in last couple year and it is stuck in the boot loop i tried all possibilities of f11, holding delete key, holding down power button etc but all the possible ways dont seem to working im pretty stumped now 😕 only next solution i see is a hammer anyone got any other ideas or suggestions i can use?
