Lately, I've been experiencing display/graphics issues on my HP Spectre x360. It's been 11 months since I purchased my laptop

I am getting vertical lines on my laptop screen. These lines vary by length and width. These lines aren't permanent. They are changing according to the content on my laptop screen. I'm also getting fog-like white shade on my screen.

I tried updating my display adapters as well but the issue is not resolved. 

Even my warranty is expiring very soon.

I'm attaching the images showing the issue.
