Hello,

 

the brightness keys on my keyboard are not working, even when I press fn key with it. but the volume functions are working with fn key. I have also updated the drivers through HP assistant software.

 

HP ProBook 640 G2 Notebook PC
Product number: Y3S48UC
windows 8.1 pro, 64bit
