Product: hp probook 6550b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The title says it all ...

 

Was hoping a fix of some type might be available by 2020 ...

 

yes i have tried every fix - rebooted 100's of times - deleted and reinstalled - ect ect ect ...

 

hope to finally find out, it is a lost cause ???
