hello,

my issue is when i plug in my charger in to my laptop it shuts down automatically after few seconds.These problem didnt occur before but when i turn on the startup sound from settings the prob started before that there was no problem.now i have to fully charge my battey then i can use my laptop but before i could use while charging and another thing is i have a old battery so it doesnt last long please help
