Product: Elitebook 8470
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I am the user of HP laptop model elitebook 8470. and my laptop is not turnig on. i tried the method of pressing power button and holds it for i1 minute.. and then connect the charger and battery was also removed from the system and turn on the pc but it doesnt work.. could you please help me,,, answer the reply... and the battery i checked was fine..
