Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I performed an update of the INTEL bios through the hp support assistant. during the update the pc turned off but was no longer able to turn on. the screen stays black and the caps lock light blinks 3 times long and 5 times short. from the guide means that it is a problem that the cpu is not detected. how can i fix it? the computer is 2 years old so I no longer have the guarantee.
