Product: Chromebook 11
Operating System: Chrome OS
The cursor all of a sudden disappeared on my 11" chromebook. The touchpad did nothing.
I read all the supposed fixes and went on youtube where a guy took the keypad off, found the small tape connector had come loose. I have all the tools so I did the same.
Lo and behold, the tape had become disconnected. To be fair, I'd dropped the Chromebook a few days earlier. It was a task to figure how the connections went under the connector but when I did and locked it down, all was well.
