HP Recommended

HP Laptop -- Blinking Caps Lock Blue Light -- Will not Boot.

EASY FIX -- Remove Battery -- then, turn on the laptop!

Will run -- as long as the laptop is plugged in.

It appears THE BATTERY is the problem!
