Hi there,

I've recently bought a docking station QGeeM 5 in 1 type c to HDMI, two USB (one 3.0 and one 2.0) and two card readers.

The USB ports and the card reader works properly, while I can not make work the HDMI.

The display plugged in my HP spectre via docking station worked fine a couple of times and then stopped, I can see the display in the setting of the laptop but it is identified as "not active" and impossible to activate.

Possibly there is a problem with the driver plug and play:

I've tried the same docking station on an HP envy with AMD Raedon Graphics and everything works fine. Here I attach some pictures showing it working properly.

I've been trying Uefi diagnostic but thinderbolt devices working via Usb C are not supported yet, and this solution as well with no results: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05942533

The model of my laptop is 3DM09EA#ABZ

Thanks in advance for the support and your time,

Alessandro.
