Product: Chromebook
Operating System: Chrome OS

i have a chromebook with error message "chrome os is missing or damaged. please insert a recovery usb stick or sd card.". i used the link to download a recovery but was not able to find my model number on that site.  my model number that shows on the error screen is FALCO C2B-E3I-D2I.  how do i download a recovery to my usb stick if my model number was not an option given?
