Product: hp 255 g5 notebook pc
I had a windows 8.1 notebook with 2013 version of DTS audio controller that best satisfied me with its sound quality but I had to sell it to buy a windows 10 notebook with 2016 version of DTS audio controller. the windows 10 notebook has disappointing sound quality and itry to alter its settings but nothing came out of it. I kindly request that you assist me in removing the 2016 version replacing it with the 2013 version.
