Product: HP Elitebook 2740p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I Have Elitebook 2740p that won't turn on unless i remove the battery , when i plug in the battery the light of the battery begin to blink white and orange (maybe red it blink fast so i can't recognize the exact color).

What i did so far:

Removed the battery , unplugged the ac power , press the power button for about 2 minutes , waited for about 30 minutes then plugged the battery and still the same issue .

 

I need help please.
