Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello, i had to reinstall windows on my hp notebook, cuz i had some issues, and from the hp restore manager utility i ve made a backup of all my data, after the restoration of windows, i ve tried to restore my backup with the standard procedure, but i receieve the same error every time "ffffff15" i ve tried to open the backup files with 7zip tho, but it doesn t show me the pictures, i don t know why, what can i do?
