HP Recommended
Product: Elitebook 850 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The fingerprint reader on my laptop worked when I first got it and after a Windows 10 update, it stopped working. I have tried reloading it, removing & reassigning the fingerprints, etc. It is in the windows "Hello" and is programmable, but whenever I try to use it to log in, it just beeps at me.

 

I would also like the option to use the pin and not a password, is it possible to use that?
