Hello

 

I tried to change my login settings and that's when I noticed that windows hello was not avaiable on my elitebook. But this is not possible because I do have a fingerprint scanner on my elitebook.

 

So I started searching on the internet but nothing seemed to work.

 

I noticed that on device manager there wasn't an option for biometric devices. 

Also when I open "hp client security" and click on "fingerprints" at the bottom it says that there is no fingerprintscanner connected.

 

So my question is: how can i activate windows hello and make my fingerprint scanner work?
