Product: HP 15-dy1016nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) 
Hello, after an update of Windows 10, the fingerprint access functionality was disabled. If I go to device management> ELAN WBF finger print Sensor tells me "Windows is unable to load the necessary drivers. The device is not working properly. (Code 31) {Operation failure} The requested operation failed." The driver is 3.2.12011.10012 and I have an HP 15-dy1016nl.
What can I do?
