Product: HP Elitebook Folio 1040 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a strange issue with only this laptop, HP Elitebook Folio 1040 G1 with touchsmart. when the user uses the snipit tool included with the OS (Win 10 Creator Update) and send it to email as attachment, it send fine. but throw an error stating that fixmapi.exe have stop working. i have try uninstall office and reinstalll. still have the issue. i have try fixmapi,exe as describe on the internet. still no help. so i wipe out the OS and reinstall the whole thing. it help but in a few days, the issue came back. i have try it on difference make and model laptop, and they donot have the issue. only this one. see the error below
