Product: compaq 6910p notebook pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My hp compaq 6910p windows 7 64bit can not start after falshing bios to f19 from some old bios version. I understand that I need to undo the bios upgrade by flashing the system to a previous version. Can someone guide me through the whole process please.
