Product: elitebook 840 g6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have freezing touchpad problems in my laptops elitebook 840 g6 on Windows 10 (x64). Windows, BIOS and TouchPad driver has been updated to the latest version. The problem appears after I connected power adapter or doc stantion. In the Task manager > Performance all parametrs is ok. CPU temperature is normal. This problem is not permanent but usually after sleep mode. After restarting laptop problem isn`t  solwing. The external mouse works normal. Can you help me how to fix this problem?
