G2 thunderbolt dock
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I own a Hp elite thunderbolt dock which I upgraded to a G2 (with audio) thunderbolt dock.

When trying to connect the new G2 dock I don't get the same "thunderbolt software" notification I used to get with old dock.

The computer doesn't show that the G2 dock is connected even though all Usb devices that connect to the dock work fine.

I use a lenovo yoga for this.

The problem is my displays are not "going through" when connected to the G2 dock, (with the old hp elite it worked fine) I get this picture in the settings menu:

where screen number 2,3 are grayed out and don"t respond.

I already tried for many hours to find the reason and solution to this problem.

I updated all my drivers for the G2 dock, thunderbolt controller, Intel graphics and Lenovo drivers.

I also went looking in the BIOS section but found no "thunderbolt" criteria to change the security settings.

I would really appreciate some help.

Thanks.
