Product: hp chromebook 14 amd athlon/4gb/64gb 14a-na0002tu
Operating System: Chrome OS

The camera on my hp chromebook 14 amd athlon/4gb/64gb 14a-na0002tu was working yesterday when I purchased the Chromebook. This morning when I turned it on the camera has stopped working - the white light flashes but the camera displays as all black. As far as I am aware this model doesn't have a privacy switch so I don't think this is the issue.

 

I tried a powerwash today which didn't change anything.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
