Product: hp elitebook 1040 g3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed a new keyboard on my notebook put it back together and switched it on. The fan went really fast and loud a few times and turned itself off. It will no longer power up or charge? How do I try to fix this problem?
