Product: HP Envy 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When using programs or viewing websites, my screen flashes regularly as if its trying to reset the display resolution. On some apps such as the Intel Optane Management tool or Minitool Partition, the refresh leaves some items black in the taskbar.

 

I have set the Nvidia Control Panel to always use MX350 but it still does it.

 

I have done a clean install of Windows 10.

 

Any ideas? I have two of these notebooks and the other one doesnt do it at all.
