hp laptop 15-bw0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, Please someone help me. I'm ready to throw my laptop out of the window.

About 3 years ago I bought a new laptop (hp laptop 15-bw0xx) ever since taking it out of the box it has been very slow. Google Chrome eats the CPU usage, disk space and memory. I had an extra 4gb of RAM installed and there is still nothing. I've ran malware searches, nothing.

I'm a teacher currently teaching from home and it's very frustrating using this laptop. I have a little surface pro (roughly 7 years old, 4gbRAM) and this is much faster than my laptop, I'm using this to share my screen whilst annotating PowerPoint.

Is this laptop just poop? The young lad in curry's said it was decent. I'm better using my laptop from 15 years ago (but the battery keeps cutting off) maybe I should just buy a new battery and use my HP as a cushion?

Please Help

Thanks in advance

Andrew
