Product: HP ENVY All-in-One 27-b2XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

hello , I have hp envy all in one with mouse and keyboard integrated , the original mouse was broken so I replaced with a new hp mouse spectre 500 Bluetooth.

the new mouse is working well but it freeze while working for 10, 15 second than it work normally ,

any help?
