dear all,

 

I have an HP omen 17 an012tx. I have recently observed that whenever I type special characters (!@#) on my keyboard, the symbol written on the screen is different. for example, when I press shift + 2 it should write " as shown on the keyboard instead it writes @.  I have tried changing the layout of the keyboard but that has not helped. I am attaching picture of my keyboard for reference.
