Examhp probook 430 g3
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have two HP Probook 430 g3. They're both refurbished laptop. I have set them up in exactly the same way for a corporate environment (Win 10 Enterprise). However,  I can  only get one working with an additional screen and one just refuses (with either a VGA or a HDMI cable) . Of course I know the screen and cable are not faulty, so what can I check on the laptop? I am going to download all of the up-to-date  service packs that HP have recommend, to see if those make a difference.

However, I was just wondering if anyone else has come across this problem before and has a fix?

Thanks,

Paul
