Product: hp probook 450 g6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear friends,

 

after trying to install the driver for a new scanner,  hp probook 450 g6--- cannot be  started , black screen, all LED  enlightened , capslock/Num flash 3 times , then all LED light out , and then capslock/Num flash twice, the noise of the fan can be heard.

 

but the screen keeps to be black,.

 

what can be the problem? should I send to service center to repair?
