Product: probook 470 g2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello,

 

my hp probook 470 g2 crashes sometimes. It started very rarely. but now its once a day. The things I tried:

 

  • running without battery, still the same problem
  • checking the cpu temps. Never go over 50 degrees celcius.
  • updates BIOS and drivers. did not fix the issue

does someone know a solution except bringing it back to HP (I have no warrenty anymore) or buying a new laptop?
