Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i got this laptop a few weeks ago and it has a new os installed. i had to set it up from hello. anyway now and then it locks up, nothing works nothing  i did some research and i find other nonworking anwsers but they dodn't seem to address my issue. i went to hp and installed the program to search my machine and then installed what they told me to install. 

 

i can recover form the freezeup if i reboot the machine. this last time i just took out the battery so i can unplug it for faster reboot.

 

so does anyone here have a fix for this machines problem? or may be able to help out with some suggestions and instructions on how to do those instructions? thanks.
