Product: HP Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I spent about 40 minutes chatting with HP Support trying to reslove why the letter "p" would not work on my 2 month old  laptop keypad. Went through the script with Dipendu. No fix. Then I Googled it. The solution  was to use canned air to blow out dust. Works fine now.
