Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dh1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Keyboard is not working on HP Pavilion x360 Convertible . While booting it starts backlit and keyboard, but after windows resume it won't show any light in keyboard and not allowing to type anything.

I tried below steps but no luck - 

- I restarted laptop and hit Esc on laptop keyboard, BIOS page is displayed so I believe keyboard hardware is working

- Tried uninstalling keyboard drivers but problem didn't resolve

 

Request your guidance to resolve keyboard issue.
