Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

my keyboard stops working efficiently intermittently. some letters are unresponsive and have to be double tapped to enter.

 

i feel like the issue may arrise from the control button as the main keys not correctly working are (a e i p s h x c v n) among others. However i am still able to type correctly without the computer going mad (so it can't be stuck ctrl button). maybe an app is interefering with my computer? i had to download some computer-controling app for exams at my school and i wonder if it interferes?

 

if you have any idea that would be extra
