Product: Pavilion G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

hi. im using hp pavilion g6 since 2012 and suddenly the keyboard stop working today. in bios it is working. already tried powering it off unplug charger and batt press power button for 60s then loading bios setup to defaults and still not working. already tried uninstalling the keyboard driver and reinstalling it but the same problem persists. can someone here help me.
