Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have a problem with sleep mode. When my laptop is plugged in, I can not put it on sleep mode. I click on sleep from start menu and the display turns off, but the system won't go on sleep mode. For example when I'm watching a movie and I click on sleep, the display turns off, but I can still here the sound from the movie.
The windows and all drivers are updated.
