HP DMI Tool
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I replaced the m/b under warranty and now I need to update the m/b with new serial numbers. etc.

Trying create HP DMI Tool using makebootabledmi.exe from HP CSN, but it always fails. Here is the application event view log:

Also the drive letter for the flash drive keeps changing while doing the executible. 

I've tried this on Windows 7 64 bit and on a Windows 10 64 bit PC. Did HP actually test this utility in the real world????

Is there a way of fixing this issue. Can't I just download a working iso to burn on the flash drive.
