hello guys, I have been facing a few problems with my laptop and I hope you help me out.

first, when it goes into sleep mode, it doesn't turn back on unless I remove the battery and reinsert it then use the info button instead of the power button to turn it back on. but if I shut it down normally, I will not have to remove the battery but only the info button will turn it back on then I mostly get the bios application error 501

the last issue which is the one I can't cope with and really need help with is that which in the course of using the laptop, the screen becomes completely black or sometimes displays a lot of different colors lines then shuts down on its own. must often, the info button turns it back on and sometimes I have to remove the battery, reinsert it before I can use the info button to turn it back on plus I still get the bios application error 501. please, can you help tell me the cause of these problems and possible solutions?
